Refundable Deposit:

Terms of refund (Buyer of record acknowledges that the Deposit is refundable up until 30 days from the date of whelping. The deposit is non-refundable thereafter. Upon receipt of the Deposit, Steady Points, LLC. agrees to hold the puppy for Buyer until it has been weaned and is ready for pick up at age of 8 (eight) weeks minimums from the date of whelping. The Deposit shall be made in US Dollars and paid to Breeder via payments through  Steady Points, LLC. PayPal/Venmo account upon receipt of a Steady Points, LLC Invoice from PayPal,  Steady Points, LLC. preferred method of payment.

Return Policy:

The buyer acknowledges that Steady Points reserves the Right of First refusal and shall not sell nor give away the Steady  Points puppy named in the Puppy Purchase Agreement without expressed written consent of Steady Points, LLC prior.
